Based on a coset decomposition of the Leech lattice associated with \((\sqrt{2}A_2)^{12}\) and a certain code vertex operator algebra, the authors obtain a decomposition of the Moonshine vertex operator algebra as modules of the subalgebra \(L(1/2,0)\otimes L(7/10,0)\otimes L(4/5,0)^{\otimes 12}\) consisting of the Virasoro vertex operator algebras with central charges \(1/2\), \(7/10\) and \(4/5\), respectively.
