The authors investigate the periodic solutions of partial functional differential equation with infinite delay \(dx(t)/dt=Ax(t)+F(t,x_t)\), \(t\geq 0\), \(x_0=\Phi \in {\mathcal B}\), where \(A\) is a nondensely defined linear operator on a Banach space \((E,|.|)\), and the phase space \(\mathcal {B}\) is the linear space of functions mapping from \((-\infty ,0]\) into \(E\) satisfying some fundamental axioms. For every \(t\geq 0\), the function \(x_t\in \)\(\mathcal {B}\) is defined by \(x_t(\theta)=x(t+\theta)\), for \(\theta \in (-\infty ,0]\). The function \(F:[0,+\infty)\times \mathcal {B}\to E\) is continuous and \(\omega\)-periodic in \(t\). It is supposed that the linear part satisfies the Hille-Yosida condition. In the nonlinear case, the authors give several criteria to ensure the existence of a periodic solution. It turns out that in the nonhomogeneous linear case there exists a periodic solution if a bounded solution exists.
