For the well-known Sobolev fractional inequality \[ \|f\|_q \leq A_{n,s, p} \|(-\Delta)^\frac{s}{2} f\|_p, \qquad \frac{1}{q}= \frac{1}{p}-\frac{s}{n}, \quad 0 < s < \frac{n}{p}, \quad f\in H^s(\mathbb{R}^n), \tag{1} \] in the case \(p=2\) the authors give, without proof, the value of the sharp constant \(A_{n,2,s}\) and the maximizing function. Reviewer's remark: In the case \(p=2\) the maximizing functions for (1) and the sharp constant were found by \textit{E. H. Lieb} [Ann. Math. (2) 118, 349-374 (1983; Zbl 0527.42011)], cited by the authors; see Corollary 3.2 (ii) on page 359 of that paper. (Lieb found the sharp constant also in the cases \(q=2\) and \(q=p^\prime\)).
