The notion of order shattering was introduced by Anstee, Rónyai and Sali in 2002. This paper continues its algebraic investigation which leads to a new proof and a modular generalization of Wilson's rank formula for the incidence matrices of the \(t\)- versus \(k\)-subsets of the underlying set.
