The inverse spectral problem of recovering singular potentials of Sturm-Liouville operators by three spectra is studied. Under the additional condition of the separation of the spectra, a uniqueness theorem is proved, and necessary and sufficient conditions on the spectra are obtained. For part I see Inverse Probl. 19, 665--684 (2003; Zbl 1034.34011).
