    Using two examples for an input correspondence, it is demonstrated that there is no input efficiency measure fulfilling the conditions of \textit{R. Färe} and \textit{C. A. K. Lovell} [ibid. 19, 150-162 (1978; Zbl 0398.90012)] even if strong disposability and/or convexity of level sets is assumed.
