In this brief, Hankel-Toeplitz operators which occur in feedback theory, e.g., in the minimization of mixed \(H^{\infty}\) sensitivity and complementary sensitivity, will be considered. A method of computing their spectra, eigenvectors, and norms will be presented for infinite- dimensional systems subject to continuous weightings.
