The paper is a tour de force in super-integrable systems. The author proves the unique solvability for the total hierarchy of the super K-P system. The main technical tool is the Birkhoff decomposition which is generalized here from previous work of the author. It is shown that the system studied encompasses the K-P system, the modified K-P system, and the K-P system with non-commutative coefficients. The paper is carefully written and is a welcome addition to the literature on completely integrable p.d.e.'s.
