We apply the Lie-group based similarity method to the Carleman-model and calculate the generators of the group depending on four group constants. Heretofore undiscovered classes of similarity solutions will be presented, and already discovered solutions by Ernst and Wick will be rediscovered and classified by specifying the group constants.
