A certain selection theorem of Michael type for weakly lower semicontinuous multifunctions was given by \textit{K. Przeslawski} and the author in Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 109, No.2, 537-543 (1990; Zbl 0706.54018). In the present paper, this is applied to fixed point theorems of Krasnosel'skij type and implicit function lemmas of Filippov type for convex-closed valued multifunctions.
