This paper contains two main results. Let \(G\) be a Lie group and \(U\) a connected Lie subgroup of \(G\). Let \(\mathfrak{g}\) and \(\mathfrak{u}\) be the corresponding Lie algebras. In the first result the authors prove that there is a natural bijection between the moduli space of certain dynamical \(r\)-matrices associated to the pair \((\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{u})\) and certain quasi-Poisson homogeneous structures on \(G/U\). This generalizes the main result of [\textit{E.~Karolinsky} and \textit{A.~Stolin}, Lett. Math. Phys. 60, No. 3, 257--274 (2002; Zbl 1006.17019)]. In the second result the authors propose a quantization of the results of the paper cited above and explain the relationship between irreducible highest weight modules and equivariant quantization of coadjoint orbits.
