This paper is devoted to the billiard flow in the exterior of several strictly convex disjoint domains in the plane with smooth boundaries satisfying the certain visibility condition. To this end, the author describes the symbolic representation of billiard flows on the plane and introduces the Ruelle transfer operator and zeta function. Moreover the author define a new zeta function and analyze its analytic property. The author gives the asymptotic estimate of the number of closed orbits with an even collision number for the billiard flow.
