The authors derive two types of quadrature algorithms -- an asymptotic method and a Filon-type method for highly oscillatory integrals with a nondegenerate stationary point. The role of the behavior of the function to be integrated at the stationary point and of the geometry of the boundary of the underlying domain is pointed out.
