    Sei \(G\) eine der klassischen Gruppen \(\text{GL}_n, \text{SO}_{2n+1}, \text{Sp}_{2n}\) oder \(\text{SO}_{2n}\) und \(R_G^+\) die Menge der positiven Wurzeln. Die Kostka- und Littlewood-Richardson-Koeffizienten aus der Darstellungstheorie der \(\text{GL}_n\) können als Verzweigungskoeffizienten bei der Einschränkung der \(\text{GL}_n\) auf ihre Haupt-Leviuntergruppen angesehen werden. Dies legt nahe, auch die Verzweigungskoeffizienten bei der Restriktion auf eine beliebige Untergruppe \(G_0\) von \(G\) und die entsprechenden \(q\)-Analoga zu studieren. Die in der vorliegenden Arbeit betrachteten Verzweigungskoeffizienten lassen sich durch gewisse Partitionsfunktionen ausdrücken, die die Zerlegungsmöglichkeiten eines Gewichts von \(G\) als positive Linearkombination einfacher Wurzeln aus einer festen Teilmenge von \(R_G^+\) abzählen. Der Autor betrachtet insbesondere die natürlichen Quantisierungen der Verzweigungskoeffizienten, die zu den Einschränkungen von \(G\) auf die Leviuntergruppen der parabolischen Untergruppen gehören. Abschließend werden Koeffizienten vom Littlewood-Richardson-Typ für \(G= \text{SO}_{2n+1}, \text{Sp}_{2n}\) und \(\text{SO}_{2n}\) und deren mögliche Quantisierungen untersucht.
