The authors investigate the hydrodynamic limit of the Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann (VPB) system in the quasi-neutral regime. This system describes the behaviour of dilute charged particles when the magnetic forces are neglected. Under certain conditions one proves the convergence of the VPB system to the Euler equations for an incompressible fluid. As a technique, the so-called relative-entropy method is used.
