The Cauchy problems to the incompressible Euler equations is studied. Let \(v(x,t)=(v_1,v_2,v_3)\) and \(p(x,t)\) satisfy \[ \begin{aligned} &\frac{\partial v}{\partial t}+(v\cdot\nabla)v+\nabla p=0,\quad \text{div}\,v=0, \quad x\in \mathbb R^3,\quad t>0\\ &v(x,0)=v_0(x), \quad x\in \mathbb R^3.\end{aligned}\tag{1} \] The self-similar blowing up solution \(v(x,t)\) of (1) has the form \[ v(x,t)=\frac{1}{\left(T-t\right)^{\frac{\alpha}{\alpha+1}}} V\left(\frac{x}{\left(T-t\right)^{\frac{\alpha}{\alpha+1}}}\right)\tag{2} \] for \(\alpha\neq-1\) and \(t\) sufficiently close to \(T\). \(V\) is the new unknown function. It is proved that there cannot be a self-similar blowing up solution to (1) of the form (2), if the vorticity decays sufficiently fast near infinity. A similar theorem is proved for the transport equations \[ \begin{aligned} &\frac{\partial \theta}{\partial t}+(v\cdot\nabla)\theta=0,\quad \text{div}\,v=0, \quad x\in R^3,\quad t>0\\ &\theta(x,0)=\theta_0(x), \quad x\in \mathbb R^3,\end{aligned} \] where \(v(x,t)=(v_1,...,v_n)\) and \(\theta(x,t)\) is a scalar function. This result is applied to the density depended Euler equations, the Boussinesq system and the quasi-geostrophic equations, for which nonexistence of self-similar blowing up solutions are shown.
