The authors prove the Schur-Weyl duality in which the algebras, acting on both sides, are semigroup algebras of various symmetric inverse semigroups and their deformations. Related representations of \(\mathcal{IS}_n\) and \(\mathcal{PI}_k^*\) and of their complex semigroup algebras on \(U^{\otimes^k}\) are also studied.
