The authors prove the existence of positive or compactly supported radial ground states of quasilinear elliptic equations relative to \(p\)-Laplacian with same weights in zero order terms by using the mountain pass theorem and the constrained minimization method. Regularity and qualitative properties of the solutions are also discussed. A Pohozaev type identity is produced to deuce some non-existence results.
