The following non-local delayed reaction-diffusion equation \[ u_t(t,x) = u_{xx}(t,x) - u(t,x) + \int_{\mathbb R} K(x-y) g(u(t-h,y)) dy, \quad u \geq 0 \leqno{(1)}, \] is considered. It is assumed that (1) has exactly two equilibria \(u_1\equiv 0\) and \(u_2 \equiv \kappa>0\). The existence and the geometry of positive bounded wave solutions are studied.
