The paper is a continuation on the previous author's paper [\textit{J. Zhan} and \textit{W. A. Dudek}, Inf. Sci. 177, No. 3, 876-886 (2007; Zbl 1118.16031)]. Now, prime and semiprime \((\in,\in\!\vee q)\)-fuzzy \(h\)-bi-ideals are described. Next, such ideals are used to the characterization of \(h\)-hemiregular and \(h\)-intra-hemiregular hemirings.
