    Let \(\Phi=(g_1:g_2:g_3):\mathbb{P}^1\to \mathbb{P}^2\) be a rational map defining a curve \(C\), \(g_i\in K[x_1, x_2]\) homogeneouos of degree \(d\). Consider the \(K[x_1, x_2]\)--algebra morphism \[ \beta: K[x_1, x_2, T_1, T_2, T_3]\to K[x_1, x_2, Z], \beta(T_i)=g_i Z\;. \] A special system of generators of \(\text{Ker}(\beta)\) for a class of curves is constructed. Special bihomogeneous elements in the kernel of \(\beta\), elements of degree \(1\) in \(x_1, x_2\) and degree \(d-2\) or \(d-1\) in \(T_1, T_2, T_3\), are considered. It is proved that under suitable conditions they define an adjoint pencil on \(C\).
