On Morita equivalence for simple generalized Weyl algebras. (Q605332): Difference between revisions

A generalized Weyl algebra \(A(a)\) is generated over a polynomial algebra \(k[h]\) by two generators \(x,y\) with defining relations \[ ah=(h-1)x,\quad yh=(h+1)y,\quad yx=a(h),\quad xy=a(h-1), \] where \(a\in k[h]\) is a fixed polynomial. The main result of the paper is a classification of algebras \(A(a)\) for various \(a\) up to Morita equivalence.
