The paper contributes to the algebraization of topology via the theory of monads. This approach goes back to \textit{E. G. Manes} [Gen. Topol. Appl. 4, 341--360 (1974; Zbl 0289.54003)] who proved that compact Hausdorff spaces are algebras of the ultrafilter monad. Later, \textit{M. Barr} [Rep. Midwest Categ. Sem. 4, Lect. Notes Math. 137, 39--55 (1970; Zbl 0204.33202)] extended this result by showing that one can get all topological spaces as relational algebras of this monad. Another important step in this endeavor is the paper of \textit{M. M. Clementino, D. Hofmann} and \textit{W. Tholen} [Appl. Categ. Struct. 12, No. 2, 127--154 (2004; Zbl 1051.18005)] covering other categories of a topological kind, like metric spaces, approach spaces or ordered sets. This paper provides another unifying way to obtain these categories as relation algebras.
