The aim of this paper is to exploit modern harmonic analysis results about the Hilbert transform and the conjugate Poisson integral for defining, and studying Hilbert transform associated with the Jacobi differential operator. The tools used are the Littlewood-Paley \(g\)-functions associated with the Poisson semigroup and the supplementary Poisson semigroup which is introduce in the paper.
