Let \(X\) be a bordered oriented 2D manifold in \(\mathbb R^3\), equipped with the complex conformal structure induced by the Euclidean metric of \(\mathbb R^3\). The manifold \(X\) possesses an isotropic conductivity function \(\sigma >0\) if any electrical potential \(u\) on the boundary of \(X\) generates an electrical potential \(U\) on \(X\), solving the following Dirichlet problem \[ U|_{bX}=u, \quad d\sigma d^cU|_{X}=0, \tag{1} \] where \(d^c=i(\bar{\partial}-\partial),d=\bar{\partial}+\partial\) and the Cauchy-Riemann operator \(\bar{\partial}\) corresponds to the complex conformal structure on \(X\). The authors solve the inverse conductivity problem of the reconstruction scheme of the conductivity function \(\sigma\) on \(X\) from the mapping potential \(U|_{bX}\to j=\sigma d^cU|_{bX}\) for the solutions of (1), extending to the case of Riemann surfaces the reconstruction schemes of the articles [\textit{R.
