The present paper is concerned with delay-coupled limit cycle oscillators. The authors give the critical values of Hopf and double Hopf bifurcations at the zero equilibrium point. By using the center manifold theory and normal form method, the universal unfolding and a complete bifurcation diagram are given. Many interesting phenomena, such as attractive periodic motion and three-dimensional invariant torus, are observed through numerical simulation. The normal forms of several strong resonant cases are listed.
