The perturbation of a linear Hamiltonian on \(T^*\mathbb{T}^l=\mathbb{R}^l\times\mathbb{T}^l\) and its quantization are the main topics of this paper. A quantization formula for the eigenvalues of the Schrödinger operator is derived and its consequences for the construction of quantum normal forms. Suppose \(H\) is a self-adjoint pseudodifferential operator of order \(m\) with pure spectrum on \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^l)\), and denote its Weyl symbol by \(\sigma_H\). The Weyl symbol \(\sigma_H(x,\xi)\) is a real-valued smooth function in both variables. For \(M\geq 2\), one says that \(H\) admits an \(M\)-smooth exact quantization formula, if there exists a function \(\mu:(A,\hbar)\mapsto\mu(A,\hbar)\in C^M(\mathbb{R}^l\times\mathbb{R}^l;\mathbb{R})\) such that the following conditions hold: (1) \(\mu(A,\hbar)\) admits an asymptotic expansion up to order \(M\) in \(\hbar\) uniformly on compacts with respect to \(A\in\mathbb{R}^l\); (2) For each \(\hbar\in(0,1]\), there exists a sequence \(n_k:=(n_{k_1},\dots,n_{k_l})\subset\mathbb{Z}^l\) such that all eigenvalues \(\lambda_k(\hbar)\) of \(H\) admits a representation \(\lambda_k(\hbar)=\mu(n_k\hbar,\hbar)\). The perturbation of a linear Hamiltonian on \(T^*\mathbb{T}^l=\mathbb{R}^l\times\mathbb{T}^l\) is shown to admit an exact infinitely smooth quantization formula. More precisely, the following system of Hamiltonians \(\mathcal{H}_\varepsilon\) on \(\mathbb{R}^l\times\mathbb{T}^l\) is considered: \( \mathcal{H}_\varepsilon(\xi,x)=\mathcal{L}_\omega(\xi)+\varepsilon V(x,\xi)\), where \(\mathcal{L}_\omega(\xi)=\langle\omega,\xi\rangle~~\omega\in\mathbb{R}^l\), \(V\in C^\infty(\mathbb{R}^l\times\mathbb{T}^l;\mathbb{R})\). Note, that \(\mathcal{L}_\omega(\xi)\) generates the linear Hamiltonian flow \(\xi_i\mapsto\xi_i\) and \(x_i\mapsto x_i+\omega_i t\). The Weyl quantization of \(\mathcal{H}_\varepsilon\) is the operator \(H_\varepsilon=L_\omega +V\) given by \(L_\omega u=-i\hbar\sum_k\omega_k\partial_k u\) and \(V\) is the Weyl quantization of \(\mathcal{V}\), for \(u\) in the Sobolev space \(H^1(\mathbb{T}^l)\). The proof of the main results rely on specific symbol classes and a considerable amount of hard analysis.
