This paper uses quiver techniques to study Poisson structures on basic cycles. The authors determine the Poisson structures on basic cycles completely. Then, they give a classification of all Poisson structures on the path algebra of a basic cycle. Finally, it is shown that the Poisson structures on basic cycles are all inner.
