The paper deals with continuous foliations of a Riemannian manifolds with smooth leaves. It is shown that ``for a large space of volume-preserving partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms of the 3-torus with non-compact central leaves, the central foliations are generically non-absolutely continuous.'' Besides the main theorem, three related open problems are formulated.
