Seminatural bundles of rank two, degree one, and \(c_{2}=10\) on a quintic surface (Q1950282): Difference between revisions

The authors prove the following theorem: The moduli space of rank 2 vector bundles on a very general quintic surface in the complex projective 3-space \(\mathbb P^3\), with seminatural cohomology and Chern classes \(c_1=1\), \(c_2=10\), is irreducible of dimension \(20\). They also conjecture that the moduli space \(M_X(2,1,10)\) of rank 2 bundles on a very general quintic \(X \subset \mathbb P^3\), with Chern classes \(c_1=1\), \(c_2=10\) is irreducible.
