The paper studies fixed points of a general quantum operations \(X\mapsto \sum_{k=1}^n A_kXB_K^*\) on \(B(H)\). Various conditions under which such points exist are given. The case where \(\{A_k\}_{k=1}^n\) and \(\{B_k\}_{k=1}^n\) are normal commuting row contractions is examined in greater detail.
