The paper presents a coincidence point theorem and a common fixed point theorem for a single-valued mapping \(f:X\to X\) and a multi-valued one \(T:X\to 2^X\) using an \(f\)-contractive condition for \(T\). The contractive condition is given in terms of an \(\omega\)-distance in the sense of \textit{T. Suzuki} and \textit{W. Takahashi} [Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 8, No.~2, 371--382 (1996; Zbl 0902.47050)]. No examples nor applications are given.
