The Amitsur conjecture on asymptotic behaviour of codimensions of polynomial identities was proved by \textit{A. Giambruno} and \textit{M. Zaicev} [see Polynomial identities and asymptotic methods. Providence: AMS (2005; Zbl 1105.16001) for more details]. When associative algebras are endowed with a generalized Hopf action of an associative algebra \(H\) with unit, it is natural to consider \(H\)-identities. The analog of the Amitsur conjecture for finite dimensional associative algebras with a generalized \(H\)-action under the assumptions of the existence of \(H\)-invariant Wedderburn-Mal'cev and Wedderburn-Artin decompositions was proved by \textit{A. S. Gordienko} [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 217, No. 8, 1395-1411 (2013; Zbl 1286.16023)], and \textit{A. S. Gordienko} and \textit{M. V. Kochetov} [Algebr. Represent. Theory 17, No. 2, 539-563 (2014; Zbl 1306.16015)]. In the paper under review, the author removes the first restriction. The main result of the paper asserts that for finite dimensional associative algebras \(A\) over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero with a generalized Hopf action of an associative algebra \(H\) with unit, the assumptions of the invariance of the Jacobson radical \(J(A)\) under the \(H\)-action and the existence of the decomposition of \(A/J(A)\) into the direct sum of \(H\)-simple algebras guarantee the existence of the Hopf PI-exponent \(\mathrm{PI}\exp^H(A)\) (Theorem 1). This enables the author to prove the analog of the Amitsur conjecture for \(G\)-codimensions of finite dimensional associative algebras over any field of characteristic zero with an action of any group \(G\) by automorphisms and anti-automorphisms (Theorem 4), for differential codimensions of finite dimensional associative algebras over any field of characteristic zero with an action of any Lie algebra by derivations (Theorem 3), and generally for \(H\)-codimensions of finite dimensional associative \(H\)-module algebras \(A\) over any field of characteristic zero where \(H\) is a Hopf algebra with bijective antipode and under the assumption of the \(H\)-invariance of the Jacobson radical \(J(A)\) (Theorem 2).
