    Let \(0<\lambda_{1},\dots,\lambda_{k+1}\leq 1\) and \(w=(\lambda_{1},\dots,\lambda_{k+1})\). Let \(N(a,k,w,q,n)\) be the \(2n\)-th moment of \(b_{1}\cdots b_{k}-c\) with \(b_{1}\cdots b_{k}c\equiv a\bmod q\), \(1\leq b_{i}\leq \lambda_{i}q\), \(1\leq c\leq\lambda_{k+1}q\), \(2\nmid (b_{1}+\cdots+b_{k}+c) \). The authors obtain an asymptotic formula for \(N(a,k,w,q,n)\). Theorem. For \( n\geq 0\), \[ N(a,k,w,q,n)=C(k,w,n)\phi^{k}(q)q^{2kn}+O_{n,k}(q^{(2n+1)k-1/2}d^{2}(q)\log^{2}q). \]
