In this beautiful article, the authors work on the foundations of the iteration of entire quasi-regular maps, this kind of functions is a generalisation of transcendental functions in the context of quasi-conformal maps of \(\mathbb{R}^n\) which are non-homeomorphisms. The way the authors extend the notions of Julia and Fatou sets, as well as their results, is a nice interplay between geometry and analysis. It is quite remarkable that the authors are able to get properties for the Julia set, that are analogous to the transcendental case, see Theorems 1.1, 1.3, 1.6 and especially 1.7 where they show that the Julia set has positive Hausdorff dimension.
