In this paper, the authors continue the study of convexity and curvature estimates of level sets of solutions to elliptic partial differential equations. In particular, they consider the level sets of harmonic functions on convex rings in the sphere and in the hyperbolic space and prove that they are strictly convex using a deformation process and a constant rank theorem. Furthermore, they obtain a lower bound for the Gaussian curvature of these sets.
