The authors report interesting results on two self-similar sets. Several results characterizing, relations between affine embeddings and \(C^1\)-embeddings are pointed out. A conjecture is stated in the paper and some partial answers are obtained. As an application, an inequality between Hausdorff dimensions involving two Cantor sets is obtained.
