The authors study an iteration method for a first-order nonlinear differential-operator equation in a separable Hilbert space. The convergence of the iterative process is proved in the strong norms, deriving the corresponding convergence estimates. As an application, the authors consider a model initial-boundary value problem for fourth-order parabolic equations.
