Consider a holomorphic vector bundle \(L\to X\) over a complex manifold \(X\), and an open cover \(\mathcal{U} =\{ U_a \} _{a\in A}\) of \(X\) parametrized by another complex manifold \(A\). It is shown that if \[ S=\big\{ (a,x) \in A\times X: x\in U_a \big\} \] is Stein, then the inclusion of Čech complexes \(\mathcal{C}^{\bullet}_{\mathrm{hol}} (\mathcal{U}, L) \subset \mathcal{C}^{\bullet} (\mathcal{U}, L)\) (where in the first one the cochains depend holomorphically on the parameters) induces an isomorphism of cohomology groups. The result remains true for Banach manifolds and Banach bundles with the isomorphism of topological vector spaces. The above theorem is then applied to Banach holomorphic bundles with a holomorphic action of a complex reductive group to describe a decomposition of cohomology groups \(H^q (X, L)\) into isotypical subspaces.
