    The author improves previous results by J. Carlson, Ph. Griffiths, E. Sernesi, K. Ueda, M. Yoshinaga and the reviewer by giving quite general conditions under which a homogeneous polynomial, not of Thom-Sebastiani type, is determined by its Jacobian ideal.
