This paper address the Navier-Stokes equations with small external force with precompact range. Indeed let the following problem be given \[ \begin{cases} \partial_t u - \Delta u + u\cdot\nabla u + \nabla p=f,\quad &t\in\mathbb R, x\in \Omega\\ \operatorname{div}\, u=0, \quad &t\in\mathbb R, x\in \Omega\\ u|_\partial\Omega=0,\quad &t\in\mathbb R. \end{cases}\tag{N.S} \] In a recent paper they have shown the uniqueness of solution if it exists to the problem (N.S) under some assumptions on \(\Omega\). In the present one, they prove that when \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^3\) is the whole space \(\mathbb R^3\), \(\mathbb R^3_+\), an infinite layer, a perturbed half-space, or an aperture domain with \(\partial\Omega\in C^{2,1}\) and if \(f\) is small and has precompact range in a appropriate function space, then there exists a solution to (N.S) which is continuous and has a precompact range in \(L^3\) on the whole time axis.
