On 2-D Boussinesq equations for MHD convection with stratification effects (Q285625): Difference between revisions

The authors study the Cauchy problem for the two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamics-Boussinesq system with temperature-dependent viscosity, temperature-dependent thermal diffusivity and electrical conductivity. The main result is the global in time wellposedness of that system in the framework of Besov spaces, together with time decay estimates. The proofs involve harmonic analysis tools, e.g. the dyadic decomposition in the Fourier variables.
