This paper is a continuation of the work in [\textit{X. Fang,} Int. Math. Res. Not. 2015, No. 6, 1717--1731 (2015; Zbl 1320.20035)]. Here, the author extends his definition of the generalized Matsumoto-Tits section to lift any permutation in the symmetric group to the generalized virtual braid monoid. The new map is constructed by iterating the standard way of lifting a shuffle permutation over all the descents of a general permutation. This map is shown to be closely related to the quantum quasi-shuffle product on a braided algebra. As an application, the author describes an alternative definition of the total symmetrization element in the generalized virtual braid monoid and uses it to study the defining ideal of the quantum quasi-shuffle algebra.
