For some time, many mathematicians have been looking at the largeness of some families of real functions by constructing algebraic (or/and topological) structures inside them. This approach is called algebrability. (See the surveys: [\textit{L. Bernal-González} et al., Bull. Am. Math. Soc., New Ser. 51, No. 1, 71--130 (2014; Zbl 1292.46004); \textit{A. Bartoszewicz} et al., in: Traditional and present-day topics in real analysis. Dedicated to Professor Jan Stanisław Lipiński on the occasion of his 90th birthday. Łódź: Łódź University Press, University of Łódź, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. 213--232 (2013; Zbl 1328.15002)]). This nice paper is a part of this study. The authors consider the following kinds of algebraic genericity: lineability; spaceability; algebrability and strong algebrability, within special classes of functions: locally recurent (LR) functions (see [\textit{K. A. Bush}, Am. Math. Mon. 69, 199--206 (1962; Zbl 0114.03303)]) and LR functions that are continuous with respect to different density topologies.
