In their previous paper in [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 218, No. 11, 2012--2059 (2014; Zbl 1325.20043)], the authors obtained under an assumption \(m+n\geqslant r\) a classification of irreducible modules over \(q\)-Schur algebra \(S_k(m\mid n,r)\) at a root of 1 in the case of a field \(k\) of zero characteristic. In the present paper, this result is expanded to the case of a field of positive odd charateristic.
