The paper starts with a key result on \(L^2\)-convergence of Hessians. Based on it, properties involving curvature and smooth approximation are established. They are used to study the spectral convergence of the Hodge Laplacian and the connection Laplacian with respect to the Gromov-Hausdorff topology. The convergence theorems are applied to uniform bounds related to eigenvalues of these Laplacians, uniform bounds for eigen-one-forms and upper semicontinuity of the first Betti numbers.
