This paper studies the existence of a deformation quantization of a homogeneous space induced by a Drinfel'd twist. Lets us recall that Drinfel'ds twists are very usefull to deform bialgebras together with their modules. In this paper, the authors explain how formal Morita equivalence can be used to prove a ``no-go'' theorem for the existence of twist star products.
