The authors are concerned with \[ R\partial_t\mathbf u-\mathrm{div}(B\nabla\mathbf{u})=\mathbf{F}\text{ in }\Omega\times (0, T), \] with the boundary condition \[ B(\nabla\mathbf u\cdot\mathbf n)=\mathbf G\text{ on }\Gamma\times (0, T), \] and initial condition \[ \mathbf u\mid_{t=0}=\mathbf u_0\quad\text{ on }\Omega. \] Here \(\Omega\subset {\mathbb R}^N\) \((N\geq 2)\) is a \(C^2\) uniformly domain, \(\Gamma=\partial \Omega\), \(R\) and \(B\) are \(n\times n\) matrices whose entries are Hölder continuous functions and such that the components of \(\nabla R\), \(\nabla B\) are \(L^r\) integrable, for some \(r>N\). The authors obtain the existence of solution in the maximal \(L^p-L^q\) regularity framework. The approach consist on showing the \(R\)-boundedness of families of solution operators to corresponding resolvent problems first in the whole space, then in halfspace, perturbed half-space and finally, using localization arguments, on the domain \(\Omega\). In case the domain \(\Omega\) is bounded, exponential decay of the solution is derived.
