In this paper, the authors continue to study the representation theory of a 6-dimensional \(k\)-algebra \[ \Lambda = \Lambda(q) = k(x, y, z)/\langle x^2, y^2, z^2, xy+qyx, xz-zx, zy-zx \rangle, \] where \(q\) is a nonzero element in \(k\). They explicitly construct all isomorphism classes of 3-dimensional local \(\Lambda\)-modules, which are bijectively corresponded to points \((a, b, c) \in k^3 \setminus \{(0, 0, 0)\}\) (see (1.4)). Furthermore, \(\Lambda\)-modules of dimension at most 3 with certain special properties such as torsionless, extensionless, reflexive, Gorenstein-projective, semi-Gorenstein-projective, are classified as well (see Theorem 1.5). An illustrative geometric interpretation of these classfications is provided. In particular, when the multiplicative order of \(q\) in \(k\) is infinite, there exist a whole family of 3-dimensional local modules which are semi-Gorenstein-projective, but not torsionless, and hence not Gorenstein-projective.
