In this paper, an inhomogeneous Allen-Cahn equation posed in a two dimensional domain coupled with a Neumann boundary condition \[ \varepsilon^2 \Delta u+Vu(1-u^2)=0 \mbox{ in }\Omega, \quad \frac{\partial u}{\partial\nu}=0\mbox{ on }\partial\Omega \] is considerd. It is shown that, if the generalized mean curvature (which comes from the nonhomogeneity in the equation) is positive, there exist solutions which exhibit clustering interfaces near the boundary. The position information of these interfaces is also given. In the proof, a very precise approximate solution (up to third order) is first constructed, and then the reduction method is used to establish the existence of such solutions.
